Set Up/Sign In To Your CRA Account
If you haven’t already, visit the Government of Canada website and set up an account. Heads up! You’ll most likely need your tax documents from the last year you filed your taxes to verify your identity and actually complete the process.
If you already have an account set up, go ahead and sign in.
Main Page
Once you’re on the main page, scroll down to the Accounts and payments section and click “Go to Accounts and payments details”.

In the Accounts and payments section, on the right sidebar click on “Uncashed cheques”.
Uncashed Cheques
Your screen should now look something like the image below, and if you have any uncashed cheques you will see them right here.
